Calcasieu Parish Police Jury: Lateral Debris Removal Program
An effort by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and HGA to manage parsish-wide storm debris removal. Our efforts on the project included developing an application to manage and coordinate the program.
State of Louisiana: Statewide Buyout Program
This program provides property buyouts in flood-prone areas, as part of the Louisiana Watershed Initiative’s efforts to reduce flood risk throughout Louisiana. The buyout program, which is designed to primarily benefit low- to moderate-income residents, offers an incentive—payment above fair market value—to eligible applicants who relocate to areas of lower flood risk. HGA’s efforts included developing the system of record and case management tools to facilitate operation of the program.

Clean Harbors is North America’s leading provider of environmental and industrial services. The Company serves a diverse customer base, including a majority of Fortune 500 companies. Its customer base spans a number of industries, including chemical, and manufacturing, as well as numerous government agencies. Our team developed an application for Clean Harbors to facilitate procurement and inventory management at the site of their Kimball project.

PCI Electric is an electrical an instrumentation contractor serving an industrial client base. HGA developed a procurement and requisition application for PCI to source materials for their projects.
City of Baton Rouge, La.: Baton Rouge Rebuilds Developer Program
The Baton Rouge Rebuilds Program’s purpose is to eliminate blight and stabilize neighborhoods impacted by the Great Floods of 2016, repair damaged rental housing stock that will be made available at affordable rental rates for low-income households, and increase the available rental stock in flood-damaged East Baton Rouge. Our team developed an application for the program to collect and manage the applicant process.
