Fab Construction Enterprise: Owner’s Rep program controls for multi-billion-dollar fabs worldwide, including Eagle (AZ), Cardinal (OH), Sparrow (Israel), Owl (Germany), and Bison (OR). Services include front-end schedule development, Level 2 owner schedule support, cost integration, earned value determination, aggregate database creation, commissioning and startup planning, start-up tracking, executive dashboards, and centralized global program controls.
Ultrapure Electronica Grade Chemical Manufacturing Facility Construction: Provided technical guidance on project issues including interface coordination, design challenges, subcontractor management, GMP contract management, scheduling and personnel support.
Hyperscaler Data Center Construction:Integrated with project teams in Ohio and Nevada. Managed pull planning project meetings, conducted schedule analysis, developed schedule recovery plans and provided reporting to contribute to the projects’ success.
