System of Record
HGA’s VistaTRAK consolidates dynamic data from disparate systems into a single interface for enhanced analysis and decision-making. Through VistaTRAK, HGA staff are able to deliver a spectrum of technology-based services, including systems of record with document storage. VistaTRAK earned a “finding of merit” from HUD for enhancing monitoring capacity and record-keeping in Louisiana’s recovery from hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Our system meets strict security requirements regarding personal identifying information, and all system user activity is logged by date stamp, area of activity, and user. VistaTRAK is constructed with the flexibility needed to fit any sized program.
Geographic Information System (GIS)
HGA’s GIS team employs the full range of ESRI GIS products, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and integrated ArcSDE databases. We use the data collected to analyze, map, and manage areas hardest hit during storms. Our client, in turn, uses this information to improve communication and efficiency and to support better management and decision-making—before, during, and after a disaster.
