Cristo Rey Baton Rouge Franciscan High School: FEMA PA Infrastructure Program Management
Baton Rouge, LA
Project Description
In August 2016, Cristo Rey Baton Rouge was devastated by Louisiana’s devastating 500-year flooding event. In January 2017, they procured HGA to provide overall project management services. HGA’s tasks include project worksheet development; construction management services; project controls; grant administration; and project closeout. After damage assessments had been completed, the school had to be demolished, forcing staff and students to relocate to a temporary location beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, until construction of a new school could be completed.
