Congratulations, once again, to the HGA Baton Rouge office. HGA was recently ranked 9th on the “2021 Best Places to Work” in Baton Rouge, moving up one spot higher in the large employer category than last year. The awards program is a project of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, the Greater Baton Rouge SHRM, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group. “Receiving this recognition from the Business Report’s is truly an honor for HGA in Baton Rouge,” said Jack Hunt, vice president. “We owe our successes to our hard-working teams. Without your dedication and commitment, this “Best Places to Work” Award would not have been possible.”

Companies from across the Baton Rouge region entered a two-part process to determine the “Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge.” The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, while the second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
