HGA is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 President’s Distinguished Awards, among the company’s highest honors. These awards recognize employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to HGA’s core values. This year’s recipients, Beth Huffstutler and Kenny Franco, have each made meaningful and lasting contributions to the company through their expertise, leadership, and service.
Beth Huffstutler, INT Design Supervisor, is the recipient of the 2025 President’s Distinguished Service Award. Beth joined HGA in 2015 and has been a vital part of the INT Design group, as well as the Birmingham office, for many years. Throughout her tenure, she has provided steady leadership while supporting her teams through growth and change. She serves as a trusted subject matter expert and consistently upholds high standards of quality and professionalism. Her commitment to mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative work environment has had a lasting impact across the organization. As she transitions into a phased retirement role, Beth continues to support HGA through QA/QC efforts, leaving behind a strong legacy of leadership and service.
“Beth has been the cornerstone of the Integrated Services design department since joining HGA in 2015, and a pillar of the Birmingham office,” said Andy Lushington.”Throughout that time, she has guided the team through both highs and lows, growing the group, supporting her people, and serving as a steady source of strength and comfort for those she leads.”
Kenny Franco, Houston Engineering Manager, is the recipient of the 2025 President’s Distinguished Engineer Award. With more than 18 years of experience in the oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries, Kenny brings extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to HGA. Since joining the company, he has played a key role in delivering complex projects and building strong, lasting client relationships. Kenny is widely respected for his engineering judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to developing younger engineers. His leadership continues to elevate both project performance and team growth.
