“HGA is excited to name Mike as new vice president of corporate strategic development, and we are well-positioned for additional growth under his guidance,” said Don Plummer, executive vice president. “Since joining HGA, Mike made an immediate impact by demonstrating a keen understanding of what customers need to be successful and delivering on our commitments. In this newly created role, Mike will enhance our focus on strategic accounts and support our business development team to penetrate and expand our customer base for larger projects.”

He will help drive business strategy and long-term plans, providing leadership and overseeing the company’s long-term vision and growth strategies across all the business units.
“Mike’s extensive business development initiatives and the strong relationships he has built within the industries we serve are an incredible asset,” said Trott Hunt, president of HGA.“I am confident that Mike’s strong business acumen, his strong relationships, and credibility will prove invaluable as we continue to bring value to our clients, thereby allowing us to deliver on our growth plans.”
“I am grateful for my expanded responsibilities as VP of corporate strategic development,” Causey said in a statement. “I look forward to helping our team deepen our valuable partnerships with our growing list of customers to fulfill HGA’s mission of delivering on commitments and building long-term relationships.”
