HGA Promotes Mike Causey to Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development

HGA expands the executive team with Mike Causey appointed to Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development. With over 30 years of experience in both the owner-operator and engineering consulting business, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge of what it takes to execute projects successfully, along with a large network of relationships that he has built over the years, which are valuable in his new role. With nearly two decades of sales and business development experience, Causey has been responsible for managing and growing the business development group for both Engineering and Pipeline Services. He has also worked in the background assisting the Program Management and Staffing groups with key clients.

Mike joined HGA 19 years ago, starting as a relationship manager, then moving on to be business development manager, and then operations manager for the Shreveport office. Most recently, Mike was VP of sales, a role in which he helped grow annual revenue significantly and brought a wealth of experience that will be invaluable in fueling the next stage of HGA’s growth. In his new role, Mike will lead large-scale growth strategies and initiatives, tapping into the extensive network that he has developed in the industries we serve. He will help drive business strategy and long-term plans, providing leadership and overseeing the company’s long-term vision and growth strategies across all the business units.
