Frank Gay
Vice President, Owner’s Representative services
Frank is an industry-renowned leader in project management. He will grow the firm’s presence in mega programs and the overall direction of HGA’s owner’s representative services. He has more than 35 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering management, and general management. Throughout his career, Frank has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and complexity, most recently he was vice president, executive project director of Worley, and previously he served as vice president, executive project director at Jacobs.
Throughout his career, Frank has managed the execution of design projects ranging up to 5MM workhours and $13 billion TIC. He has also supervised a multi-discipline staff of up to 1,100 professionals. He also has experience collaborating with major clients in the petrochemical and petroleum industries, as well as projects in textiles, fiberglass, and communications.
Frank is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Chemical Engineering Practice.
