Chris is the General Manager of HGA’s Staffing business unit. Chris has over 35 years of experience working extensively with clients across a range of industries, including wood products, pulp & paper, oil & gas, public works, and chemicals. He advises companies primarily on issues concerning human resources, talent acquisition, and recruiting efforts.
Chris joined HGA in 2005, and under his leadership, HGA’s Staffing business unit has grown into a full-service personnel provider, including HGA’s recruiting arm across all sectors of its service lines. Chris and his team of professionals can fulfill many business needs including temp services, payroll services, contract services, temp to hire services, and direct hire employment services. He prides himself in HGA’s core values of customer service, cost-effectiveness, professional excellence, teamwork, trust, and safety, through integrity and honesty.
Before joining HGA, Chris held management positions with Willamette Industries and John H. Carter Company. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from Louisiana Tech University.
Chris resides in Choudrant, LA with his wife Lori. They have two adult daughters: Anna Claire and Holly. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
