Hunt, Guillot, & Associates (HGA) provides Davis-Bacon
Monitoring services for projects involving labor compliance and payment of
prevailing wages. Currently, HGA is monitoring and reviewing over 40,000
project payrolls for over $585 Million in project development work
for Davis-Bacon Labor Compliance.
HGA’s labor compliance team will establish a systematic approach to
ensure labor standards compliance through detailed payroll review, contractor
communication, error reconciliation for payments with restitution and periodic,
on-site employee interviews.

- Conduct Payroll reviews for compliance with labor standards and payment of
prevailing wages
- Archive payroll review findings for audit preparation
- Ensure payment of restitutions and errors resolved
- Prepare and submit monthly wage compliance reports
- Conduct on-site interviews for labor standards compliance
- Prepare and submit Semi-annual Labor Standards Enforcement Report
- Identification of Wage Determinations
